CHALLENGE: To create an attractive, three panel marketing brochure that would highlight our client's innovative approach to Title Insurance and their location in the DC metropolitan area.
CIRCLE SOLUTION: Circle decided to use a dramatic shot of Dulles Airport for an eye catching cover that helps differentiate Stewart Title and Escrow from the competition. To enhance brand cohesiveness and emphasize the company's central location, the airport is featured as a watermark on the interior panels. Circle also strategized for cost-effectiveness, incorporating a removable slip sheet that will minimize reprinting costs whenever changes are made to the fee structure.
